Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs): Do you sell by the case, or are there minimum order requirements for bulk discounts?

Minimum order amount for online orders is CA$250 before tax and shipping. In-store same day order minimum order amount is CA$500 with priority given to case pack orders. As a general rule, we require 24 hours to prepare all orders placed online or in-store.

Lead Times & Shipping: How quickly do bulk packaging orders ship, and what are the freight options?

Orders online are prepared for pickup or shipping within 24 business hours. Shipping will depend on the carrier transit time and type of shipping selected. In general, most orders are prepared and shipped out the same day as long as the order is placed before noon on any business day.

Volume Pricing: How do tier discounts work for large-scale orders?

Volume discounts are displayed on product pages up to pallet quantities. If you would like to inquire about multi-pallet quantities or regular deliveries, please contact us by email, phone or chat.

Customization & Decorating: Do you offer custom labeling, silkscreen printing, or custom color matching for this collection?

We do not currently offer labelling or package customization for most orders. Customization may be possible for orders above 10,000 units. Contact us for additional information if applicable.
